Description:
In this Vinyasa Flow course we will start to deepen our connection with ourselves, flowing through carefully created sequences opening up the body and mind and bringing our whole system back into the state of harmony and balance.
Each class has a specific theme and we will keep on learning about different asanas, breath and relaxation techniques as we go, as well we will simply take that precious time connecting within and sharing a good time with a lovely group of people.
Languages used are English and German.

Restorative Yoga Flow
Time: 10 am -11:15 am
In this course we will start to strengthen, balance and restore our nervous system and open the body and mind. Flowing through carefully created sequences we will learn about the most foundational yoga poses, balancing the right and left side of the body and simply open and find more space within the body. We will also learn different meditation and relaxation techniques helping us come back to a deeper state of relaxation and ease.
